The Night Before ~ Original Work ~ Teddy 6"

Along with Winter greens and holly, a wee little bear of German viscose is tied onto an antique copy of "The Night Before Christmas" ~ the book was published in 1907.
How pretty to have a red and green cover and Teddy is nicely weighted and wears a woolen scarf at his neck.
(Slip teddy out to play by un twisting the wired holly around his waist).
This is an amazing early copy of a treasured tale with wonderful graphics plus some in color!!! The cover is overall good, but the edge of the spine is a bit flakey - still good condition for a book that is about 117 years old!
the holly sprig is quite old too!
A perfect piece to nestle amongst your greens and decorations, or maybe you'd like to stage a play or two!

Won't you take teddy off, nestle him in your hand and read him a bed time story??
