Mistress Mourning Mouse ~ Original Work ~ 9"

Mistress Mouse is a sweet tho slightly sad soul. She spends her days cherishing the memories of those who have gone before her and are now scurrying thru the heavenly fields and dales.
Mistress mouse is created from German viscose in a pale grey/brown and has wool felt ears and tail. She has a hand dyed woolen "Pincushion skirt" that is embellished with wool appliqué tombstones and embroidered willow trees. She wears a shawl of antique lace with an antique velvet "brooch" (taken from an old shoe).
A woolen bonnet protects her from a chill and she carries a velvet pumpkin to leave at the grave of her love.
